A data center operator in Mexico needed a Boston Dynamics robot — but wanted the confidence of an authorized purchase, with full manufacturer warranty and support, not a gray-market import.
What we did:
- Contacted Boston Dynamics directly on the client's behalf
- Were directed to MFE, Boston Dynamics' authorized distributor, to handle the transaction
- Worked with MFE to get the robot delivered into Mexico
- Ensured the purchase was authorized and direct-from-brand, preserving full warranty and manufacturer support
- Supervised import and final delivery to the client
